Mr. Pyhälä is Finlands roving ambassador for Venezuela, Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Dominican Republic, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Saint Vincent and the Grenadin, Grenada and Saint Kitts and Nevis.
