Human Resources Strategy
The goals and the practical implementation of the HRS were formulated on the basis of the work of the Extended Senior Management Group. The entire staff were given an opportunity to discuss the goals. Units and missions were invited to reflect on the goals, their timeliness and the need for reform. Representatives of staff associations also took part in the preparatory work.
